East Anglia here I come Empty East Anglia here I come

Next week most likely Wednesday I'll be heading to Norfolk and Suffolk. Planning to visit the chalk quarry, also while I'm there go to Thetford to see the museum and visit Grimes Graves, then head up to Kings Lynn to see Seahenge. If the weather holds that is.

sounds like a great trip, - the fields are now harvested so i will have to put a trip for flint on hold as i will be metal detecting when i have a spare day for a month or so anyway.

Yes, it's that time of year again. Farmers harvesting furiously, while a hoarde of detectorists (with permission of course) hurtling behind his harvestor.
