Paleolithic quartzite pebble tool? Empty Paleolithic quartzite pebble tool?

Recovered yesterday from gravel workings near Wolston, Warwickshire. A quartzite pebble with three flake removals one face and a least four on the other. Any thoughts one whether this is a real tool?

Quartzite is a bugger to ID as they are just sooo crude, I had a similar one from Horsey beach in Norfolk which has yielded a few handaxes over the years. The only way to get a reliable ID is to send photos to the British Museum as I did, mine was a naturally broken pebble, sad times.
