I'm on the job for a month, fnarr, so won't be around so often. But will try my best to visit. But at the moment only have iPhone access. Damn awkward to type replies.

Welcome back then!  I guess that this means you have some knapping time now?  I'm meeting up with a couple of friends tomorrow and gonna do some tv or bottle glass knapping with them, already done an intro session with them so maybe they could make a nice point or two.

Nice. I have aquired an old T.V. for abuse yesterday, it's a bit on the small side though. Have yet to pop it.
It's one of those with a built in video player, hmmm...
A note on T.V. glass: there is a dust inside which is rumoured to be poisinous, this is rubbish as it is mostly aluminium powder! I have heard some folk that think it's mercury, if this is true I would love to know how to turn a liquid metal into dust!
